About the Workshop:
Yoga and strength training aren’t opposites—they’re the missing pieces in each other’s puzzle.
This workshop is designed for athletes, lifters, and movers who want to build strength and mobility, improve breathing and recovery, and develop a stronger mind-body connection.
Led by Monte Pascal, Maribeth Eiken, and Carlie Wilferth, we’ll pair yoga flows with strength lifts to enhance form, range of motion, and performance.
What to Expect:
• A guided yoga flow to prep and activate key muscle groups
• Strength-focused movement pairings (Goblet Squats, RDLs, Gorilla Rows, Z-Presses)
• Breathwork cues for control and technique
• Insights into how lifting and yoga build better recovery, mobility, and longevity
